Inspired together.

For more than 100 years, Laurier has been a premier destination for students who want to excel inside and outside of the classroom. Our strong partnerships with the regions we call home bring university learning to life. Our students lead lives of influence and impact through community placements, volunteering and local job opportunities, where students are inspired to give back and make a difference.

Everywhere you look, people are inspired to learn, lead and build lifelong relationships, to give their all and to give back. From staff who take pride in meaningful relationships with students, to faculty who include students in ground-breaking research – you will know and feel you belong at Laurier. Join the Laurier community and create your own story.

No matter how you choose to live your Laurier experience, you are a Golden Hawk, which means you are part of a tight-knit, supportive community that aims high and works hard. Be part of a student experience that inspires.

Our Waterloo Campus

Welcome to Waterloo: A student-friendly city with a thriving tech-sector and plenty of entertainment options year-round. The Waterloo campus is home to more than 16,000 undergraduate and graduate students within our Faculties of Arts, Science and Music and the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics. The campus spans 1 large city block, so you’re only steps away from your classes, fun ways to unwind and a new favourite study spot.

Transfer Opportunities

In addition to opportunities for high school applicants, our partnership with several Ontario colleges allows students to enter university studies with relevant transfer credits that shorten the length of time required to complete a degree.
