You must be a high school student applying to a direct-entry undergraduate program and a Canadian citizen, permanent resident (landed immigrant) or protected person. You must also have completed your high school diploma with high academic standing (minimum 80%). Scholarship values:

$3,500 (renewable for up to 3 additional years): final admission average 95% and above

$2,000 (renewable for up to 3 additional years): final admission average 90–94.9% 

$1,500 (renewable for up to 3 additional years): final admission average 85–89.9%

$1,000 (renewable for up to 3 additional years): final admission average 80–84.9%

In order to renew, recipients must maintain a minimum 8.00 sessional grade point average and enroll in a minimum of 24 credits for their first Fall/Winter academic year to qualify for the second year renewal. Thereafter, the renewal will be based on a minimum 8.00 grade point average on all credits completed in the previous summer and fall/winter sessions (i.e., for Fall/Winter 2025-2026, the terms considered will be Summer 2024 and Fall/Winter 2024-2025). Recipients who are students with disabilities may renew this scholarship by maintaining a minimum 8.00 GPA over a minimum 40% course load (6 credits per term). Students must self-identify and show proof of disability at the first time of renewal. A conditional scholarship offer will be made at the time of admission. The final scholarship amount will be determined when final grades are received.
